All rugs are handmade as unique pieces by a Berber family in Sidi Mokhtar, who have been passing down the art of weaving for generations.

Each carpet is unique and made of pure sheep's wool.

Delivery is standard within Switzerland and Lichtenstein. In the case of delivery from Switzerland to other countries, additional costs may be incurred upon importation into the destination country (customs, VAT, duties or service charges). These additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations of the destination country as well as the weight and value of the shipment and will be charged to the customer or the recipient of the goods. Please contact us if you want to order outside Switzerland.

A pickup at our warehouse in Zurich is possible by appointment. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will ship your desired item by parcel with our own carrier or a transport company of our choice. Since we attach great importance to a safe and efficient transport, we have been working within Switzerland for several years with our own forwarding agent, who can bring your furniture directly to your home. How your desired product can be delivered is always indicated on the product page.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the product and delivery distance. At the end of the order process you will be shown the estimated shipping costs. Please contact us if you want to order outside of Switzerland.

We want you to be able to put your new furniture in your own home as soon as possible. Some of our products are made specifically for you only after your order is placed. The delivery times that are indicated in the product description or during the ordering process apply.

Carpets made from sheep's wool are durable and long-lasting. They are suitable for both children and pets. Concerns often seem to be great with wool carpets due to their light color and fluffy fiber. Sheep's wool is not only dirt and water repellent, but also an allergy-friendly natural product because its antistatic nature binds fine dust from the air. In addition, sheep's wool can help detoxify and improve the air in the room.

Pure new sheep's wool carpets are generally very easy to care for: they are durable and resistant to both stains and water. Vacuuming, beating and airing out are usually enough to keep your carpet fresh and clean.

The need for professional carpet cleaning is mainly in case of acute need (stubborn and extensive stains or strong, unpleasant odor). If you want your carpet to remain in good condition for several decades, however, it is advisable to take it to be professionally cleaned every two to three years. The complete removal of dirt and dust will make your carpet look fresh and new again.

We know our carpet suppliers and manufacturers personally. Through a family connection and visits on site, we can already look back on a long-standing relationship with the Berber family in Sidi Mokhtar. Thanks to our close and transparent collaboration, we can ensure not only the carpets’ quality but also that they are produced in fair working conditions.
